Spicy Makhana Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl Makhana
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Chaat Masala
  • Salt

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan and add a cup of makhana and roast them for approx. 4 minutes until they turn brownish. 

Transfer it to a plate and let them cool for a while. 

Drizzle ghee in the same pan and add spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and salt as per your taste. Mix well. Our spicy makhana is ready to serve!
