Cancellations & Returns

Healthy roots believes in helping its customers, and therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please proceed to below for the policy.

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order.
  2. The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
  3. No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  5. If there are complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

What is Healthy roots return policy?

Customers can return any product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back and you can pay for only the one’s you buy.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

Full Refund accepted for cancelled orders paid online.

Also if there is any problem with the product , found defective at time of delivery ,we accept return and refund full amount back to customer account paid through online.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered,Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

When can Refund be credited to customer ?

Customer can expect refunds to be credited to their account within 7 business days.

  1. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
  2. We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out on the same day of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 2 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured where there is a heavy demand.
  3. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately call us.
