Cold pressed oil is extracted from a traditional cold pressing technique in which oil is extracted by traditional cold pressing and crushing of seeds and nuts, in this process no high heat and chemical processing is involved and by this nutrition quality of nuts and seeds does not get hampered. Cold pressed oil is the purest form of oil which is rich in nutrients and has no chemicals or preservatives added.

What is the difference between cold pressed oil and hot pressed?

Refined or hot pressed oil is extracted by industrial methods in which high heat and chemicals are involved due to which the nutrition level of oil gets hampered and it is harmful for health since it contains high toxic load.
